Odds have been slashed on Billy Elliot star Jamie Bell becoming the next James Bond.
Ever since the news broke that Daniel Craig was handing in his license to kill, speculation has been rife as to who would replace him with new names regularly coming to the fore.
As mentioned in our recent Top 10 Bond Contenders analysis, Craig himself came out of left field when he was cast in the role and should Bell get the gig ahead of the likes of Tom Hiddleston and Aidan Turner then he must be considered another unexpected choice.
At 30 years old, Bell would tie George Lazenby as the youngest ever actor to portray Bond on the silver screen.
